2. Eligibility. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms for yourself or the organization you represent. We sell and ship to U.S. addresses only.

3. Products and prices. All prices are in U.S. dollars and include free U.S. shipping. Each listing is a one-time purchase. The table below lists every product we sell and its current price; the regular price is shown for reference.

Your first order also includes one free bottle of a product in your order (see section 4a). Sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

4a. First-Order Free Bottle.

First-Order Free Bottle. Your first order with Vita Life Store, including any bundle, comes with exactly one free bottle of a product in your order. If your order contains more than one product, the free bottle is the product with the lowest sale price. The free bottle ships with your order, is shown in your cart at $0.00, and has no cash value. This offer is not a subscription, and you will never be charged for the free bottle. If you request a refund, we refund the amount you paid, and the free bottle does not need to be returned. We may end this offer at any time; orders already placed are honored.

4. Billing. Every order is a one-time charge for the total shown at checkout. We do not offer subscriptions and will not charge your card again without a new order. Charges appear as VITALIFE*T8776266843. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

5. Shipping, refunds, cancellation. See our Shipping, Refund and Cancellation Policies, which are part of these Terms.

6. Product use. Our products are dietary supplements and cosmetics, not medicines. Follow the directions and warnings on each label. Results vary.

7. Disputes. Please contact us first at support@vitalifestore.com or (877) 626-6843 — most issues are solved within a few days.

Any dispute we cannot resolve informally will be settled by individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in [County], [State of formation] or, at your choice, by phone or video. You may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

8. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State of formation], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
