2. Information we collect. When you place an order or contact us: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details and messages you send us. Card details are entered into our payment processor’s secure form; we never see or store your full card number.

3. How we use it. To process and ship your order, send order and shipping emails, answer your questions, handle refunds, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

4. Cookies. We use only essential cookies to run the store (your cart and cookie choice). We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

5. How we share it. Only with the service providers that help us run the store — payment processing (Stripe), shipping (USPS), email delivery and website hosting — and only as needed to complete your order. We may also share information if required by law. We never sell or rent your personal information.

6. How long we keep it. Order records are kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting. Other information is deleted when it is no longer needed.

7. Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@vitalifestore.com. We reply within 30 days. Some records must be kept by law.

8. Security. Our website uses HTTPS and our payment processor handles all card data.

9. Who we sell to. We sell to adults (18+) in the United States only. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes. If we update this policy, we change the date at the top of this page.
